SYED MANSOOR ALI SHAH
Syed Mansoor Ali Shah is an advocate at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has advised, taught and litigated in areas of Judicial Review, Constitution, Civil, Corporate Governance, Banking, Arbitration (ADR), Privatization, Taxation: Sales Tax, Customs, Excise, Income Tax, Insurance, Environment, Finance, Foreign Investment, Intellectual Property, WTO- Trade Defense Laws i.e., Anti-Dumping, Safeguards, Subsidies and Countervailing, Energy, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Social Sector Development, Empowerment of the Civil Society, Legal Education and Reform, Transparency, Devolution, Tax Reform, Legal & Judicial Reform, Micro Finance & Not-for-Profit Laws.
He is on the adjunct faculty in Business law at the Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) and program director of executive legal courses offered at Rausing Executive Development Centre at LUMS. He also lectures in Constitution and Administrative law at the Civil Service Academy at Lahore. He renders free legal service for Public Interest litigation and is the Vice President (Punjab) of the Pakistan Environmental Law Association. He has served on the Board of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited and U-phone (PMCL) as an independent director. Another voluntary service is to serve as a Chairman of Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee (ADRC) constituted by the Central Board of Revenue for settlement of tax disputes under the tax law. The sole focus over the years has been to contribute to the development of law and the society at large.

YAHYA AFRIDI
Yahya Afridi is an advocate at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. His areas of practice are admin law, accountability, banking, company, civil , criminal, intellectual property & taxation. He has advised Government of NWFP on various legal matters and has held a position in the NWFP Advocate General’s office. He lectures at the University of Peshawar in Admin law since 1991. Yahya is the founding member of Pakistan environmental lawyers Association (PELA). His legal services extend to Afghanistan in the area of intellectual property and corporate structuring.

ATHAR MINALLAH
Athar Minallah joined the prestigious Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) and after serving for 10 years left the post of Additional Collector Customs to join the firm as a partner. Athar Minallah brings not only rich taxation experience but also valuable scholastic input. Athar completed his law degree from the International Islamic University (Islamabad) and his LLM from University of Cambridge, UK. And his areas of interest are taxation, judicial review, Athar was appointed Minister for Law, Local Government, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights by the Provincial Government of NWFP (2000-2002). He also was the member of the Task Force constituted by the Federal Government for revamping the Taxation regime in Pakistan. Currently he is the member of the Policy Board of Intellectual Property of Pakistan and Chairman of Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee (ADRC) for Sales Tax constituted by the Central Board of Revenue.
